State testing can sometimes feel stressful, but with a little preparation and encouragement, students can feel confident and ready to do their very best! Families can help support their child by following these simple tips:
• Get plenty of rest 😴 — Encourage your child to get a good night’s sleep before each testing day so they wake up refreshed and ready to learn.
• Eat a healthy breakfast 🍎 — A nutritious breakfast can help students stay focused, energized, and ready to do their best.
• Offer encouragement 💙 — Remind your child that they are prepared and capable. Encourage them to stay positive, take their time, and simply do their best. A few kind words can make a big difference!
• Arrive at school on time ⏰ — Being on time helps students begin the day feeling calm, settled, and prepared.
• Dress comfortably 👕 — Comfortable clothing can help students feel more relaxed and focused during testing.
We know our students have worked hard all year, and we are proud of them. Let’s work together to help them feel confident and ready to shine!

Family Engagement Opportunity
Book Blast BOOK OPENING Day is Scheduled for April 27th at 2:30. All students will receive at least 1 FREE Book to open and read. We hope someone from your family is able to join the celebration.
Don't Worry: If no family member is available to attend, staff members can read with your child.
From tag and basketball to swings and playground adventures, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The elementary students loved having the older students join in the fun, and the KAY Club members brought enthusiasm and encouragement to every activity. Judging by all the smiles and laughter, it was a fantastic day for both the younger students and the KAY Club members!
A huge thank you to the KAY Club for taking time out of your day to connect with our elementary students and make recess so special! Your kindness, leadership, and enthusiasm made the day even brighter.
