USD 111 Doniphan West is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Para – Activities & Office Support at the Jr./Sr. High School.
This part-time position provides essential support to the building principal and activities director, assisting with day-to-day office operations and activities coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling and communicating with event workers
Maintaining the master activities calendar and weekly schedules
Providing general office and clerical support
Assisting with student attendance, Chromebook loaners, and office coverage
Supporting KSHSAA documentation and student eligibility tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Regular or emergency substitute license preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
