Calling ALL future and current 7-12 Ag Students at Doniphan West!
To learn more about current and potential 7-12 Ag Students at Doniphan West, we would like to ask students and their parents/guardians to complete this survey. These results will be used to set up Agriculture Experience opportunities, order program/chapter shirts, and plan activities in the coming year.

The results of the survey will be kept confidential. This survey will need to be completed by the start of the 2023-2024 school year for all students enrolled in a 7-12 Agricultural Education course. Please direct any questions to Mrs. Adame at hadame@usd111.org.
