The seventh and eighth graders who take a STEAM class under the guidance of Ms.Allen, invited the second graders of DWES to participate in a carnival-like atmosphere. The STEAM class provided cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn to the students. The STEAM class has spent nine weeks designing and building games to entertain the students. The seventh graders made mechanical miniature carnival rides and the eighth graders made carnival games. The second grade students finished the afternoon with a fun game of BINGO! A huge “thank you” to Mrs. Cluck and Mrs. Lorenz’s classes for sharing their afternoon with us.
