BPA 2025-26 SLC

Doniphan West students represented Highland proudly at the Kansas BPA State Leadership Conference held in Wichita February 18–21, where more than 450 students from across the state competed in business and career-related events.

Bronson Koehler competed in Interview Skills and Fundamentals of Word Processing, gaining valuable experience in professional workplace simulations.

Judd Prawl earned 1st place in Integrated Office Procedures and 5th place in Advanced Basic Office Procedures. He was also honored with the BPA Statesman Award, recognizing his outstanding leadership, service, and dedication to the organization.

Kamryn McCauley earned 1st place in Advanced Interview Skills, 6th place in Prepared Speech, and placed in the Top 10 on the Parliamentary Procedures Open Exam.

The Administrative Support Team, consisting of Jaelynn Clary, McKinley Hennigan, Brooklyn Denton, and Brooklynn Drake, earned 2nd place overall.

Based on their outstanding performance, Judd, Kamryn, and the Administrative Support Team have qualified to compete at the BPA National Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, this May.

Students were led by their advisor, Jodi Leatherman, Business and Career & Technical Education instructor at Doniphan West High School.
