The Doniphan West Junior High Student Council (STUCO) recently invested in new athletic spirit items for the school, purchasing a total of 10 flags to support the junior high and high school Football, Cross Country, and Track teams.
The funds for this project were raised through STUCO’s daily Snack Cart, offered to junior high students each afternoon, as well as by assisting with concession stand sales at several events throughout the years.
By recognizing a need and taking initiative, the students made a meaningful contribution that will benefit both athletes and spectators at school sporting events for years to come.
