USD #111 is seeking bids for concrete bleachers, separate bids on two options, at the football field located at 642 Hwy East, Denton, KS. The scope of work for work related to elevated bleachers would include the demolition of existing concrete and construction of new bleacher concrete (option of replacing existing or replacing with concrete columns), ADA ramp on each end, and replacing the current fence. The scope of work for sitting the bleachers on the ground would include the demolition of existing concrete and the construction of a new bleacher pad and sidewalks on each end. The bid must also include the removal and reinstallation of the bleachers anchored to the new concrete. Materials used must include concrete that equals 4,500 psi, 6% air, w/c.42 Max. Work may begin on approval of the bid by the board and must be completed by July 1, 2024, with bids honored during this window.
