Enrollment Day

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open. The following information is to help you through the online enrollment process. You will need your parent portal account to enroll your child/children. Online enrollment must be completed by August 1.

If you need assistance filling out enrollment forms or have any hard copies that need to be turned in, district staff will be available at the High School on Tuesday, August 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to make it on this day, please call for an appointment. 

If you have completed ALL online forms and payments, you do NOT have to come to Enrollment Day. If you have any hard copies that need to be turned in, you may do that any day (M-F 8-4) prior to school starting.

 

Fees/Payment An online parent portal account will allow you to view your student's grades, fee balances, and lunch account activities, as well as pay online. Online fees for the 2023-2024 school year continue to be able to be paid online for returning students. If you choose to pay online via eCheck, if not previously entered, you will add your checking or savings routing and account number. You will be charged a 40-cent processing charge. New this year, we have added the ability to pay with a Debit/Credit card! The processing charge for debit/credit is 4.4%.

 

To view and pay fees, you will simply click "Fees" in your portal, and add items to your cart. For your lunch account, go to Food Service>Pay button> type in the amount, and click Add to Cart. If you would like to add and pay for a yearbook or a sports pass you will go to your portal account and select Fees>My Accounts>Optional Payments. You will be able to add those to your cart and pay for everything at the same time. When ready to pay, go to your cart to check out. 

 

If you do not have an online account yet, you will need to set one up.  

1. Go to the parent portal at     https://dwestks.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/dwest.jsp 2. Click "New User" at the bottom of the screen  3. Type or paste in your activation key  individual.personGUID (Do not share this activation key with anyone else as each parent/guardian has their own unique number linked specifically to them) 4. Click submit. 5. Create a username and password 6. Click submit, then continue to directions on Online Enrollment page: CLICK HERE
