Mya Hennigan (Elementary Music)

Mya

Mya is a respectful and quiet student who always does what is asked of her. She is very respectful of her other classmates and makes it a point to not distract anyone from their work. In Music, she has truly come out as a top performer, in her class, with playing a number of different piano solos for her classmates. 



Aiden Keebler (Elementary Music)

Aiden

Aiden is a hard worker with a positive attitude. He always does his best to behave in class and when he does make a mistake, he is quick to apologize and correct any issues. He is always on top of what he is learning in class and does his best to make sure everything is done to the best of his knowledge. In and, he has been working hard to better his saxophone playing and all of the hard work is truly showing. 



Malle Meyer (6th Grade Band)

Malle has worked very hard this year to become a better Clarinet player. She puts in a lot of time to better any parts that she struggles with. While doing this, she is also very supportive of all of her other classmates and encourages them to do their very best.  



Layla Kuhnert (Junior High Band)

Layla

Layla has been working hard to play her flute better this year. She is getting better at counting her rhythms and improve her tone. She was chosen to play a solo for OTL band. She is a passionate player who works hard and gives 100% all of the time. 



Malakhi Moore (High School Choir)

Malakhi

Malakhi has shown much improvement since starting choir. This year, he has done an incredible job increasing his vocal range, pitch and dynamics. Everyday, he tries his best and is becoming a great asset to our program. 



Katie Johnson (High School Band)

Katie

Katie has come out as a strong trumpet player this year. She has stepped up her playing and has begun to increase her range on the trumpet, hitting notes that she could not at the beginning of the year. This year, her confidence has greatly increased and she has started playing out more as a 1st trumpet to help cover the part with fellow first trumpet player, Carlie Windmeyer, is gone. She works very hard and is doing a fantastic job on 1st trumpet.
