2020 Homecoming Candidates
Myah Olson is the daughter of Brady and Anne Olson. She has an older brother, Lane. Throughout high school, Myah has been involved in basketball, volleyball, cheer, dance, FFA, KAY Club, student council, and National Honor Society. She is the senior class treasurer, KAY club secretary, and student council treasurer. In her spare time, Myah enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching "Grey's Anatomy." After high school, Myah plans to attend Pittsburg State University to earn a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
Kinlee Whetstine is the daughter of John and Dana Whetstine. She has four sisters: Lexie, Tayiah, Malaina, and Emmyjo. Throughout high school, Kinlee has been involved in National Honor Society, volleyball, and basketball. She is currently the president for the school’s FFA chapter, student council, and KAY club. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her boyfriend, Ty. After high school, Kinlee plans to attend Highland Community College and then transfer to the UMKC to eventually become a physician's assistant.
Dana Windmeyer is the daughter of Craig and Jaime Windmeyer. She has a younger sister, Carlie. Throughout high school, Dana has participated in volleyball, pep band, student council, KAY club, National Honor Society, and FFA. This year she is the secretary for both the senior class and student council. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, and hanging out with her family and friends. After high school, Dana plans to attend Highland Community College.
Lafe Blevins is the son of Carrie Watkins and Dennis Blevins. He has an older sister, Kenzie; an older brother, Luke; and four younger siblings, Logan, Liam, Araceli, and Annabelle. During high school, Lafe has participated in football and basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and riding his dirt bike. After high school, Lafe plans to attend Highland Community College Technical Center to study auto mechanics.
Fletcher Penny is the son of Nathan Penny and Miranda Penny. He has an older brother, Grayden; a younger sister, Parker; and a younger brother Hudsen. Throughout high school, Fletcher has participated in basketball, football, KAY club, and FFA. Fletcher spends most of his free time riding horses, hanging out with the boys, and spending time with family. After high school, Fletcher plans to finish the electrical technology program at Highland Community College Technical Center.
Landon Wilson is the son of Nancy Wilson and John Wilson. He has an older sister, Taylor, and older brother, Levi. In his spare time, Landon enjoys helping his grandpa on the farm. Landon plans to enter the work force after high school.
